4. Delivery Information

These digital products are delivered instantly after successful payment via email. You can access your purchase right away — there is no waiting time or physical delivery.

AI Personalised Songs:
Your personalised song is specially created using the names, details, memories, and information you provide with your order. The song is usually delivered within 30 minutes after successful payment and once we receive all the required details.

The song is delivered digitally via WhatsApp and/or email.

In some cases, delivery may take longer if the order contains incomplete or incorrect information, such as a wrong email address, incorrect mobile number, or missing details required to create the song. In such cases, our team will contact you to confirm the correct details and proceed with your order. Once the required information is received, we will complete and deliver your song as soon as possible, generally within 24 hours.

The above delivery conditions apply only to personalised songs. eBooks, Courses, and Templates are delivered instantly after successful payment.

All products are digital — no physical shipping is required.

 

5. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices on our website are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless mentioned otherwise.
  • We accept secure online payments through our approved payment gateways.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

AI Personalised Songs:
Since each song is specially created based on the personal details you provide, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once we have started creating the song.

eBooks, Courses & Templates:
These products are delivered instantly after successful payment, so orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once the product has been delivered.

However, if you face any genuine issue with your order or receive something incorrectly, please contact our support team. We will review the issue and do our best to provide a suitable solution.

7. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
