Your personalised song is created using the names, personal details, memories, messages, and other information you provide with your order.

The completed song is delivered through WhatsApp and/or email.

📚 eBooks, Courses & Templates

These are ready-to-use digital products and are delivered instantly via email after successful payment.

There is no physical shipping or waiting time for these products.

2. Delivery Time

In rare cases, a personalised song may take longer if the information provided is incomplete or incorrect, such as a wrong email address, incorrect WhatsApp/mobile number, or missing details needed to create the song.

If this happens, our team will try to contact you and confirm the correct information so we can continue working on your order. In such cases, delivery will generally be completed within 24 hours after the required information is received.

3. Delivery Method
