At ShopOnlineProducts.store, managed by PSP Ventures, we offer digital products including AI Personalised Songs, eBooks, Courses, Templates, and other digital products.
Since all our products are delivered digitally, physical returns are not applicable. Personalised songs are also created specifically for each customer and cannot be returned, reused, or resold.
Once a digital product has been delivered, the order is considered final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Non-Returnable Products
The following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- AI Personalised Songs
- Custom digital gifts
- eBooks
- Courses
- Templates
- Any digital product created specifically using information provided by the customer
- Digital products that have already been delivered, accessed, or downloaded
Personalised songs are created uniquely for each customer, while eBooks, Courses, and Templates are delivered instantly after payment. Because of the nature of these digital products, they cannot be returned or exchanged.
Technical Issues
If you experience a genuine technical problem with your order, please contact our support team.
Examples include:
- Corrupted or inaccessible file
- Incorrect file received
- Missing delivery
- Audio not playing properly
- Download issues
- Access issues with a Course, eBook, or Template
We will review the issue and, where applicable, provide a replacement file, resend the product, or offer appropriate assistance at no additional cost.
